Designed by way of artwork director Beatrice Fontana, the Elégance celebrates Waterman’s wealthy heritage with dazzling finesse – from its glossy lacquers to its valuable steel main points. Fontana explored the archives and found out the unique design codes of the Waterman ‘Protection’ pen introduced in 1907, and reinterpreted its sensual contours, outstanding buttons and shortened cap with natural recent taste. The ivory lacquer fashion is trimmed in gold-plate with a up to date floral motif engraved at the wide central band; the black model has silver-plated accents engraved with a test development.
