Designed by way of artwork director Beatrice Fontana, the Elégance celebrates Waterman’s wealthy heritage with dazzling finesse – from its glossy lacquers to its treasured steel main points. Fontana explored the archives and found out the unique design codes of the Waterman ‘Protection’ pen introduced in 1907, and reinterpreted its sensual contours, distinguished buttons and shortened cap with natural recent taste. The ivory lacquer type is trimmed in gold-plate with a brand new floral motif engraved at the wide central band; the black model has silver-plated accents engraved with a test trend. The Elégance fountain pen includes a hand made two-tone, forged 18K gold.
