The START International TDA080-NM electronic heavy-duty tape dispenser robotically cuts and advances predefined lengths of protective films and foil tapes for repetitive taping in high production industrial applications. Special rollers advance the tapes without marking them. The dispenser accepts tape rolls in widths from 0.25 to 3.15″ (6 to 80 mm) with an outdoor roll diameter as much as 9″/228 mm, and has a 3″/76 mm roll core holder. The use of push buttons, cut lengths of 1.6 to 394″ (40 to 9999 mm) will also be set. The digital push switch display allows easy length adjustments. Feed and cut will also be set to robotically advance and cut the tape as soon as a cut piece is got rid of, or to watch for an interval of as much as 25 seconds. Both the feed and the cut will also be operated manually with a push button. The guillotined cut provides a straight edge to the dispensed tape. Cut length tolerance is + or – 0.04″/1 mm, depending at the subject material cut.
