ZIP-GRIPTM is engineered for optimum versatility and reliability. Robust – ZIP-GRIPTM is supersaturated with magnetism in a a couple of pole magnetization pattern, so its magnetic strength is flippantly distributed around the surface. Temperature vary ZIP-GRIPTM is designed to resist restricted exposure to temperatures starting from -15° F to 160° F with out demagnetizing. How are flexible magnets made? A dry mix of ferrite powder and rubber polymer resin is blended, calendered and ground; then shaped either by extrusion (for magnetic strip) or rollers (for magnetic sheeting). The fabric is then magnetized, laminated with vinyl, cut to size, rolled onto a core, and boxed for cargo.
