Description

The Pratt PRA0047 recycled corrugated cardboard single wall usual box is Manufactured from 100 percent recycled, 32 ECT grade, single wall, C flute corrugated fiberboard with usual kraft color in an oblong form for packing, shipping, and storing. The box has a 32 edge crush check (ECT) worth. ECT grade corrugated cardboard is constructed, tested, and graded for compressive strength, which is an invaluable quality for stacking; ECT values are measured in pounds per inch, and vary between 23 and 112. This regular slotted container (RSC) is sent knocked down flat (KDF) to scale back shipping costs and space for storing, and may also be assembled by taping the ground flaps. When assembled, the box measures 12 x 8 x 8 inches (L x W x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance at the longest aspect; W is width, the horizontal distance at the shortest aspect; H is height, the vertical distance from most sensible to bottom).

Corrugated cardboard boxes are used for packaging, shipping, and storing goods and materials. Corrugated cardboard is composed of 2 pieces of stiff paper with a layer of fluted, or wavy, paper in between. Double and triple wall corrugated do not necessarily have twice or 3 times the strength of single wall. Single wall is composed of a flute layer and two liners. Double wall is made by adding every other flute and liner to single wall, so it has less paper than two single walls would. A few more than one wall corrugated materials use different flute sorts in the second one or third wall. Flute sort refers back to the form and thickness of the wavy middle layer. From thickest to thinnest, the categories are: A, C, B, D, F, E, and N.
