Note: If you happen to find that conversations produce an excessive amount of echo at the headset it is important to adjust the “transmit gain” at the Polycom phone. An alternative choice is to enable the “echo cancelation” feature at the Polycom Phone. A third option is to lower the “microphone” volume at the headset basestation. See Polycom Technical Bulletin #16249 details regarding echo.
