Description

The Pitsco SunEzoon Solar Car is a hands-on project that incorporates all parts had to build a solar-powered model car to be used with scholars in grades 3-12 finding out solar power and physics concepts such as force, motion, speed, velocity, and acceleration. Each and every kit incorporates a 0.45V, 400 mA solar panel with alligator clamps, motor, motor mount, front and rear polyethylene wheels, steel axles, nylon axle bushings, polystyrene gear font (number of gears), chassis plate, a cut-and-fold paper cover, double-sided adhesive tabs, and directions. The completed solar car measures approximately 2.5 x 5 x 4 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to best point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) A solar car kit is usually used to demonstrate solar power and physics.

The SunEzoon solar car kit requires scissors and past-time knife or sandpaper (all sold one by one) for construction. The kit can be utilized together with the Pitsco 59465 SunEzoon Cars Teacher’s Guide (sold one by one).

Science education products incorporate applied math and science principles into school room projects. Lecturers in pre-K, elementary, and secondary study rooms use science education kits and products alongside science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) curriculum to demonstrate STEM concepts and real-world applications via hands-on activities. Science education projects come with a broad range of activities, such as practical experiments in engineering, aeronautics, robotics, energy, chemistry, physics, biology, and geology.

Pitsco Education develops K-12 science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) curriculum, educational kits, and school room tools. The corporate, founded in 1971, is headquartered in Pittsburg, KS.
